Classic Revival and Greek Revival homes began with the design of public buildings built in Philadelphia. This style grew in part by carpenter guide and pattern books used by builders and designed by trained architects in America. One of the most familiar types of Greek Revival homes can be seen in the full colonnaded Greek Revival mansions of the Southern United States. Classic Revival styles have been re-created by Garrell Associates to incorporate a wide variety of floor plan designs that reference breath-taking view lines and a modern approach to plan design. All of our homes use an ample amount of windows for natural lighting while relating to the classic elements of this most impressive style of residential architecture.
