THE 2007 INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS SHOW in Orlando, Florida February 2nd - 9th, 2007 Things could not have turned out better for Michael W. Garrell and James H. Klippel of Garrell Associates, Inc., during the 2007 International Builder’s Show in Orlando, Florida February 6th and 7th 2007.  The firm was honored by Professional Builder Magazine with the prestigious Platinum BALA (Best in American Living Award) 4001 square foot and over for their “Tranquility” house plan design that features rustic elegance maximizing panoramic vistas from the rear and sides of the home with wrapping porches as well as stunning windows that allow ample natural light into the home.  And that is not all – Garrell Associates, Inc. also received four awards from Hanley Wood Publishing, the nation’s largest publisher of construction related magazines.  For the third year in a row, the firm won Best Selling Plan Overall (Lansdowne Place); Best Selling Plan E-Plans; Online Growth and Overall Growth Award.
